2004 Outdoor: NCAA Regional qualifier in the 5,000 meters ... Was a member of the school record breaking 4x800m relay team that finished sixth at the SeaRay Relays in 8:53.95 ... Ran a leg on the 4x1,500m relay team that set the school record in a time of 18:36.43 (3rd) at the SeaRay Relays ... Her top 5,000m time of 16:51.49 was recorded at the Raleigh Relays ... Posted a season best 1,500 meter time of 4:31.54 at the Mt. SAC Relays.

2004 Indoor: Was ninth in the 3,000 meters at the BIG EAST Championships with her season best time of 9:47.94 ... Took fifth in the mile at the Virginia Tech Last Chance Meet with her season best time of 4:57.27.

2003 Cross Country: Was the Hokies' second best finisher at the NCAA Eastern Regional Championships with a time of 21:14.80, finishing 34th ... Was 40th in the BIG EAST Championships with a time of 22:40 ... Finished eighth at the Blue Ridge Open with a 5 kilometer time of 17:15.00 ... Came in 39th at the Chile Pepper Open ... Turned in 13th and sixth-place performances to open the season at the Virginia Tech Invitational and Hokie Invitational.

High School: Named an All-American in the 3,200 meters at the 2003 Indoor National Scholastic Championships ... Was 10th in the 3,000 meters at the 2002 U.S. Junior Nationals ... Holds the school records in the 800, 1,600, and 3,200 meters ... Was also the state champion in the 3,200 meters and second in the 800 and 1,600 meters ... Named the cross country MVP her junior and senior seasons ... Led her team to the 2002 state and region cross country championships.
