2004 Outdoor: Won the BIG EAST Triple Jump Championship by over a foot with a season best jump of 50'11.5" (15.53m), the second longest in school history ... Won the Virginia Tech Invitational with a mark of 47'5" (14.45m) ... Was seventh at the Mt. SAC Relays and third at the Long Beach Invitational ... Came in sixth at the SeaRay Relays and 17th at the Raleigh Relays ... Was 20th at the NCAA East Regional Championships ... Also ran extensively on the 4x400 meter relay team which finished sixth at the BIG EAST Championships ... The relay team recorded a season best time of 3:13.41 (12th) at the Mt. SAC Relays.

2004 Indoor: Ran exclusively on the 4x400 meter relay squad that finished sixth at the BIG EAST Championships with a time of 3:13.81 ... Posted a time in the 4x400m of 3:16.42 at the Tech Challenge.

2003 Outdoor: Finished second in the triple jump at the BIG EAST Outdoor Championships with a leap of 49'11" (15.22m) ... Was first at the Virginia Tech Invitational (48'6"; 14.78m).

2003 Indoor: Was eighth at the Big East indoor meet with a triple jump mark of 47'1.75" (14.37m) ... Recorded five other top five finishes in the triple jump ... Was also a member of the 4x400 meter relay team that finished sixth in the BIG EAST.

2002 Outdoor: Finished fourth at the Clemson Invitational ... Finished tied for seventh at the BIG EAST Outdoor Championships ... Named to the All-BIG EAST Academic Team.

2002 Indoor: Placed second at the Virginia Tech Challenge in the triple jump ... Took home third place at the Kroger Invitational ... Qualified for the BIG EAST Championships in the triple jump at the Father Diamond meet.

High School: Named to the Verizon USATF All-America team in the triple jump ... All-state and all-Metro performer for coach J.C. Hall ... 2000 state champion in the triple jump ... Had a career-best of 49'11" (15.21m) in the triple jump ... Named Athlete of the Year in 2000 by the Freelance Star.
