Job responsibilities: Lindsay coordinates all sports medicine needs for Virginia Tech Men’s and Women’s Swimming & Diving.

At Virginia Tech: Lindsay coordinates all sports medicine needs for Virginia Tech Men’s and Women’s Swimming & Diving.
 
Prior to Virginia Tech: Lindsay came to Virginia Tech from Longwood University in Farmville, VA. She has an extensive background in sports medicine, working at the University of Kansas, Guilford College, and the University of Florida.
 
Education: University of North Carolina Charlotte (Bachelor’s in Athletic Training, 2013), University of Florida (Master’s in Applied Physiology & Kinesiology, 2015)
 
Of Note: Lindsay has been an active member of the National Athletic Trainer’s Association since 2013. She is a licensed athletic trainer by the Virginia Board of Health Professions, a member of the Mid-Atlantic Athletic Trainers' Association, the Virginia Athletic Trainers' Association, and the College Athletic Trainers’ Society. She was awarded “Preceptor of the Year” by the Longwood Athletic Training Association in 2019.
 
Personal:  Lindsay is a native of Mocksville, NC. She and her husband, Delvin, now reside in Blacksburg with their son Hudson and their dogs, Tyson and Leila.
