2005-06: Placed seventh in the 50-yard freestyle and 100-yard butterfly and 10th in the 100-yard freetyle at the ACC Championships ... Also swam anchor in the 400-yard freestyle relay which placed fourth at ACCs ... Swam the third leg of the event-winning 400-yard freestyle relay team at the same meet ... Competed at the 2006 Summer National, qualifying for the Olympic Trials in the 50-yard freestyle ... Won the 50-yard freestyle and placed second in the 100-yard freestyle against Virginia ... Swam the first leg of the 400-yard freestyle relay which placed first at UNCW ... Swam in the 200-yard medley and 200-yard freestyle relays which placed first at East Carolina ... Placed second in the 50-yard freestyle against Pittsburgh.

2004-05: Placed 13th at the ACC Championships in the 100-yard butterfly ... Garnered a 20th-place finish at the same meet in the 50- and 100-yard freestyle ... Finished eighth in the 100-yard butterfly at the Georgia Tech Quad Meet ... Was on the first-place 200-yard freestyle relay team at the C of C.

High School: Swam for Kathleen McLaughlin at Cardinal O'Hara High School ... Earned All-America honors in the 100-yard butterfly during his senior year ... Placed third nationally in 200-yard medley relay for his club team.
