2002-03: Finished the season with the team's second best 50 backstroke time ... Had a personal-best time of 51:85 in the 100 backstroke at the BIG EAST Championships ... Finished third in the 200 backstroke against East Carolina ... Also competed in the freestyle, recording season bests of 46.18 in the 100 and 1:41.82 in the 200.
HIGH SCHOOL: Earned four letters at Cape Elizabeth High for Coach Kerry Kertes ... Was a 2002 state champion in 200 and 500 freestyle, as well as the 400 freestyle relay ... Was a 2001 state champion in the 100 and 200 freestyle and the 200 and 400 freestyle relay teams ... A recipient of Southern Maine Male Swimmer of the Year ... Swimmer of the year for state of Maine in 2002.
