2003-04: Finished 16th in the 200 backstroke at the BIG EAST Championships ... Reached the finals at the Nike Cup in the 100 fly, 100 back and 200 back ... Swam in every meet.

2002-03: Finished 13th in the 100 butterfly at the BIG EAST Championships ... Was 11th in the 100 backstroke at the BIG EAST meet ... Came in 14th in the 100 butterfly at the Nike Cup.

HIGH SCHOOL: Swam at West Allegheny High School for Coach Bob Miller ... Captured the WPIAL regional championship twice ... Named to the all-state team and served as a team captain ... Was the valedictorian of her class.

PERSONAL: Amanda Yothers was born December 12, 1983 in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania ... Daughter of Herb and Linda Yothers ... Majoring in aerospace engineering.
