William Hayon Season 2024-25

2024-25 (Junior) 

• Started the season off with a third-place 50 free (20.77) against George Washington (Sept. 28) 
• Earned an eighth-place finish in the 100 fly (46.67) and a ninth-place finish in the 100 free (43.70) at the SMU Classic (Oct. 11-12) 
• Posted a 44.76 100 free, good for fifth place against Ohio State (Nov. 1-2) 
• Competed at the Wolfpack Elite Invitational (Nov. 21-23), earning a third-place finish on the 400 medley relay squad 
• Swam a 19.64 50 free, good for second place at the Virginia Tech Invitational (Feb. 7-9)
• Represented the Hokies at ACC Championships (Feb. 18-22), advancing to the finals in the 100 fly, swimming a 45.65 and earning bronze on the 200 free relay (1:15.53) 
• Competed at the NCAA Championships (March 26-29) in the 50 free, 100 free and 100 fly

• Placed first in the 50 free, second in the 100 fly and third in the 100 free at the Virginia Tech Invitational.

• Placed third in the 50 free and fourth in the 100 fly versus Virginia.
• Finished 14th in the 100 fly, 19th in the 50 free, 25th in the 100 free and 33rd in the 200 free at the Ohio State Invitational. 
• Placed fifth in the 100 fly, sixth in the 50 free and seventh in the 100 free versus Ohio State.
• Finished fourth in the 50 free, 100 free and 100 fly against Duke.
• Placed second in the 50 free, third in the 100 free and fourth in the 100 fly versus George Washington and Ohio.
