- Competed for the Hokies on the 200 free relay and 400 free relay squads at NCAA Championships (March 25-28).
- Advanced to the b-final in the 50 free (19.36) and swam a personal best 100 free (42.86) at ACC Championships (Feb. 17-21).
- Posted a 15th place finish in the 100 free (43.90) at the NC State Invitational (Nov. 20-22).
- Made his collegiate debut against George Washington (Oct. 4), placing second in the 50 free (20.70).
