2004 Indoor Track & Field: Competed in the mile and 1,000 meters and had two top ten finishes ... Posted two season best times at the Virginia Tech Challenge, 2:21.80 (800m) and 3:01.35 (1,000m).

2003 Cross Country: Competed in one meet, the Lees-McRae Invitational, finishing second with a time of 27:54.00 on the 6.4-kilometer course.

2003 Outdoor Track & Field: Had an 800 meter best of 2:22.33 at Virginia ... Ran a leg of the 4x800 meter relay for a team that came in eighth at the BIG EAST Championships.
