2004 Indoor Track & Field: Placed 15th in the 5,000 meters at the Tech Invitational.

2003 Cross Country: Was the third Hokie to cross the finish line at the BIG EAST meet, coming in 50th with a time of 27:04 ... Was eight in the season-opening Virginia Tech Invitational ... Was 31st at the Blue Ridge Open with an eight-kilometer best of 26:22.20 ... Finished 121st at the NCAA Southeast Regional and 134th at the Chile Pepper Invitational.

2002 Cross Country: Competed unattached in the Hokies first two meets.

High School: Was a three year all-district and all-region runner ... High school team was a state champion, runner-up and finished third as well ... Was named to the outdoor track all-district team four consecutive years and was the 3,200 meter district champion in 2002.
