2004 Indoor Track & Field: Did not compete.

2003 Cross Country: Competed unattached in the Virginia Tech and Hokie Invitationals, finishing 33rd and 32nd, respectively.

2003 Outdoor Track & Field: Finished first in the 10,000 meters with a time of 39:23.37 at the Virginia Tech Invitational.

2003 Indoor Track & Field: Came in fourth at the Virginia Tech Challenge in the 5,000 meters with a time of 18:11.07.

2002 Cross Country: Participated in all six meets for the Hokies ... One of Tech's top seven runners in every race ... Notched three top 10 finishes ... Best performance of the season came at the Auburn Invitational, with a time of 18:19.72 in the 5k event ... Finished 64th at the BIG EAST Championships.

High School: A four-time letterwinner in cross country for Coach Kevin Hanson at Stevenson High School ... Was the county, conference and regional champion ... Placed fourth at the Division I state meet ... Named Ms. Cross Country for the state of Michigan ... Finished 10th at the Midwest Meet of Champions and 20th at the Foot Locker Regionals ...
