2004 Indoor Track & Field: Ran the 800 meters in 2:02.00 at the Rod McCravy Memorial and the Virginia Tech Last Chance meets ... Had a 1,000 meters season best time of 2:35.04 at the Tech Challenge ... Recorded a 4:42.66 mile at the Tech Last Chance meet for an 11th place finish.

2003 Cross Country: Ran unattached in the first two meets of the season ... Finished 41st in the Hokie Invitational ... Came in 27th at the Virginia Tech Invitational with a six kilometer time of 22:02.39.

High School: Was twice named Cox's most valuable distance runner ... Had a high school best five-kilometer time of 16:24 ... Also played lacrosse at Cox.
