BLACKSBURG — Virginia Tech Athletics announced Tuesday that its Saturday, Nov. 14, matchup against Stanford is officially sold out, setting the stage for a packed Lane Stadium and a full day of gameday traditions and special events. 

Game time is still to be announced. 

Fans still seeking tickets to the sold-out matchup can visit SeatGeek, the official fan-to-fan ticket marketplace of Virginia Tech Athletics, for available tickets.

Hokie Nation is encouraged to wear maroon or orange as Virginia Tech celebrates Ag Day, presented by Virginia Farm Bureau, and honors the nation’s veterans. Fans can enjoy a petting zoo at Hokie Village, agriculture-themed features throughout the game and special Veterans Day experiences highlighting Virginia Tech Athletics’ partnership with the Veteran Tickets Foundation (Vet Tix) and Tickets for Troops. 

Virginia Tech will welcome FFA members from across southwest Virginia and celebrate faculty and staff during the game. Learn more about group opportunities. 

The Stanford matchup marks the fifth game on Virginia Tech’s 2026 home schedule to sell out. Fans can still secure tickets to see the Hokies take on Virginia in the season finale at Lane Stadium on Nov. 28. Secure seats for the Smithfield Commonwealth Clash versus Virginia today.
