In his first season with the Hokies, Hansberry made an immediate impact for the squad, starting in all 30 of his appearances. The team’s leading scorer, he averaged 14.3 points per game with an efficient 49.2% field goal percentage. The 6-foot-8 Hansberry recorded four games of 20 or more points this season with his season-high (22) coming in the Hokies’ ACC/SEC Challenge overtime win at South Carolina.
