Balogh drops new pool record at the VT Last Chance Meet

Levente Balogh set a new pool record in the 200 back at the VT Last Chance Meet.

CHRISTIANSBURG, VA.– The men’s team hosted a Last Chance Meet, marked by a new 200 back pool record from Levente Balogh (1:39.65) and two top-ten times from Oscar Bilbao and Tanish George Mathew

Bilbao logged a 1:51.41 in the 200 breast, good for third-best in the program and 18th best in the nation this season. George Mathew capped off the meet with a time trial in the 50 free, posting a 19.13. This time was good for the third-fastest time in the program, cementing his spot in the record book.
