BLACKSBURG – Hokie fans can mark their calendars for the weekend of April 16-19, when Virginia Tech Athletics will hold the fourth annual "Hokie Hi: Weekend at Home.” The event expands on Blacksburg’s campus festivities, offering fans the chance to cheer on lacrosse, softball, baseball and Hokie football in its 2026 Spring Game, presented by Eagle Construction.
Planning to pack Lane Stadium during head coach James Franklin’s debut? Let us know, and you could win exclusive prizes like a signed Coach Franklin football or mini helmet.
On campus, the 3.2-mile Run in Remembrance will begin with a moment of silence at 9 a.m. Saturday morning to honor and remember the vibrant lives of the 32 students and faculty who were tragically taken from us in 2007. The 3.2-mile event loops around the Blacksburg campus and ends at the April 16 Memorial. Registration is open for this year's 3.2-mile Run in Remembrance.
