Get ready for the big weekend by reading below.

1. PMSI Spring Game
Virginia Tech football's annual spring game, presented by PMSI, takes place on Saturday at Lane Stadium at 3 p.m. ET, with gates opening two hours out at 1 p.m. Below are key items to know heading into the matchup.

Ticketed
The Orange versus White contest will be ticketed, with general admission tickets being $10. Purchase tickets today to see a glimpse of the Hokies’ new offensive and defensive schemes. Fans buying day-of Saturday will need to purchase online.

Tap-And-Go
Virginia Tech Athletics has implemented NFC technology for game tickets, allowing fans to tap their smartphone on the ticket pedestal by the gates and/or doors to increase efficiency for the process of entering the stadium. Fans are encouraged to download their ticket to their phone ahead of arriving at the stadium. Click here for the steps to do so and more information on mobile ticketing.

Seating
Seating is available in the West, South (lower) and North areas. The East and Upper South stands will be closed.

How to Follow
The game will not have coverage on TV, similar to majority of ACC football programs’ spring games, with a one-hour show featuring behind-the-scenes interviews throughout spring ball to be shown at a later date instead. Virginia Tech Sports Network will be on air, with wall-to-wall coverage from Bill Roth, Mike Burnop and Zach Mackey. Click here for more information to listen.

Run in Remembrance
Start your Saturday on campus as the 3.2-mile Run in Remembrance will begin with a moment of silence at 9 a.m. to honor and remember the vibrant lives of the 32 students and faculty who were tragically taken from us in 2007. The event's 3.2-mile loop around the Blacksburg campus passes various iconic landmarks and ends at the April 16 Memorial. Registration is still open for this year's 3.2-mile Run in Remembrance.

Hokie Walk
Hokie Nation will be able to welcome the Hokies’ football team as they arrive at Lane Stadium on Beamer Way at approximately 12:45 p.m.

While Hokie Village won’t be hosting pregame activities, Virginia Tech Athletics is excited to bring the spirit to other areas. Pregame events will be held at the baseball, lacrosse and softball venues.
