Tech comes up short against No. 1 Wake Forest on Friday

BLACKSBURG — Tech hosted their first home ACC matchup of the season, but dropped 5-0 to Wake Forest. 

After being away from their home court for a few weeks, the Hokies took on the No. 1 Deacon Demons at the Burrows-Burleson Tennis Center. Tech dropped the doubles point after losses on Courts No. 1 and 2. The squad also came up short during singles play, falling on four courts.

The Hokies continue their weekend at home on Sunday, March 9, as they face off against the No. 6 NC State Wolfpack.
