BLACKSBURG - Knocking on the door of the big leagues, five former Virginia Tech baseball stars competed in Major League Baseball's second annual Spring Breakout weekend, a four-day prospect showcase held between March 13 and March 16 at spring training facilities around the Cactus and Grapefruit Leagues.
