BLACKSBURG – Virginia Tech Volleyball is gearing up to host Syracuse this Friday, Nov. 29, at 1:30 p.m. ET at Carilion Clinic Court at Cassell Coliseum. This exciting match is not just the Hokies' season finale but also your last chance to see this talented 2024 squad in action. To make this a can’t-miss event, the day will be packed with incredible promotions and activities designed to create a memorable experience for fans of all ages. Here are five reasons to join us at Cassell Coliseum for this unforgettable showdown between the Hokies and the Orange.

1. Princess Day. Step into a world of enchantment with Princess Day, where Cassell Coliseum transforms into a fairytale venue for our storybook season finale. Fans of all ages are invited to dress up as their favorite princesses and celebrate in style. Don’t miss this magical experience!

2. Giveaway. Be sure to arrive early to snag your very own Tech Tiara, the ultimate accessory to help you channel your inner Hokie princess! These limited-edition tiaras are the perfect way to commemorate the Hokies' final match of the season. Wear yours proudly as you cheer on the team and create lasting memories at this once-in-a-season event.

3. Post Match Meet-and-Greet. Here’s your chance to meet the stars of the 2024 Virginia Tech Volleyball team! Stick around after the game for a meet-and-greet where players will be signing autographs and taking photos with fans. Whether you’re looking to add a senior’s signature to your collection or capture a special moment with your favorite player, this is an opportunity you won’t want to miss.

4. Kid’s Zone. Make it a family outing with our special Kid’s Zone, designed to entertain and engage our youngest Hokies fans! This dedicated area will feature activities like face painting, princess-themed coloring sheets, and interactive mad-libs for hours of creative fun. 5. Last Chance to Cheer on Leandra Mangual Duran. Friday marks the final collegiate match for graduate student Leandra Mangual Duran, a standout outside hitter and defensive specialist. In her two years with the Hokies, she’s led the team in kills, digs and key moments. This season, she surpassed 1,000 career digs and now boasts impressive career stats: 275+ kills, 215 assists, 65 aces, 1,160 digs, and 35 blocks. Join us in honoring Mangual Duran’s incredible contributions to Virginia Tech Volleyball as she takes the court one last time!
