BLACKSBURG – The Virginia Tech women’s basketball program’s road game against Georgia in the 2024 SEC/ACC Challenge which was previously announced to take place on December 4, will tip at 5 p.m. and can be seen on SEC Network, the conference offices announced Monday afternoon.

The Hokies will travel to Athens for the first time in program history for what will be just the fifth meeting all-time in the series. The Bulldogs have won each contest thus far, with the most recent taking place in November of 2019 at the Daytona Beach Invitational.

Tech is searching for its first victory in the competition, now in its second season after falling at LSU last season 82-64.

Additionally, the ACC office confirmed that the Hokies will play at Duke on December 8 for their initial ACC contest of the season. That game will tip at 4 p.m. and can be seen on ACC Network.
