BLACKSBURG – Four Virginia Tech swimmers have been announced as part of the 2024 Spanish Olympic team.
Carmen Weiler Sastre is bringing her speed to the team in the backstroke events. She will compete in the 100 and 200 backstroke.
Mario Molla Yanes has punched his ticket to Paris in three events. He will compete in the 100 butterfly. Additionally, Molla Yanes will be a member of two relay teams: the 4x100 freestyle relay and the 4x100 medley relay.
Luis Dominguez Calonge will join Molla Yanes on the 4x100 freestyle relay. He will also be a member on the 4x200 freestyle relay.
Carles Coll Marti will also join Molla Yanes as a member of the 4x100 medley relay.
