In addition, he has proven to be a versatile player, totaling 14 carries for 51 rushing yards, with his longest carry reaching 11 yards. The current fifth-year finished the season leading the team in receptions and ranking second in receiving yards.

In his first game as a Hokie, the Middle Tennessee State transfer showcased his talent with a breakout performance, tallying four receptions for 69 yards and a score in the victory over Old Dominion. He further cemented his impact against Wake Forest, recording three receptions totaling 102 yards.
