It's going to be a happening weekend in Blacksburg, as Virginia Tech Athletics hosts Hokie Hi: Weekend at Home, featuring numerous events scattered around its athletics village.

Get ready for the big weekend by reading below.

1. PMSI Spring Game
Virginia Tech football's annual spring game takes place on Saturday at Lane Stadium at 3 p.m. ET and the format for how the game will take place has been announced. In lieu of charging tickets for the contest, the athletics department is encouraging fans to support Virginia Tech's NIL initiatives.

Fans can enter the Triumph Spring Sweepstakes for a chance to win multiple prizes, including a VIP trip to the season opener versus Vanderbilt in Nashville, Tennessee. Those looking for a bid-based prize experience can participate in The Hokie Way Auction for a wide variety of collector's items, destination packages and more. Be sure to get involved before the Monday, April 15 deadline.

2. Parking & More
Parking will be available in the lots surrounding Lane Stadium. Lot 1 and Lot 4 are restricted to those with a parking pass, while Lot 3 will be limited to ADA parking only. After 1 p.m., any spaces in lot 1 will be made available to the general public. Beamer Way will close to traffic at 8:15 a.m. and will remain closed until the conclusion of the game. Gates to Lane Stadium open at 1 p.m. and there is a clear-bag policy. Due to expected high winds Saturday, we highly encourage fans to not set up tents while tailgating. Visit Hokie Hi Weekend Central for FAQs, parking maps and more.

3. Enjoy the Pregame Festivities
There is a lot happening in Blacksburg ahead of the football game on Saturday, and we want you to be equipped to take part in it all.

Run in Remembrance
Start your Saturday on campus as the 3.2-mile Run in Remembrance will begin with a moment of silence at 9 a.m. to honor and remember the vibrant lives of the 32 students and faculty who were tragically taken from us in 2007. The event's 3.2-mile loop around the Blacksburg campus begins in front of Patton Hall and passes landmarks such as the Grove, Lane Stadium, and the Virginia Tech Pylons, ending at the April 16 Memorial. Registration is still open for this year's 3.2-mile Run in Remembrance.

Hokie Village
Located on the turf soccer/lacrosse practice field off Beamer Way, the complimentary event begins at 11:30 a.m. and concludes at 2:15 p.m. Fans can enjoy food trucks and drinks available for purchase. Free activities include live music from the Jared Stout Band along with tailgate games.

Hokie Walk
Hokie Nation will be able to welcome the Hokies as they arrive at Lane Stadium. The squad will arrive on Beamer Way outside of Lane Stadium at approximately 12:50 p.m.

4. Other Sporting Events
Don't miss your chance to watch other Virginia Tech teams this weekend, which is complimentary, with lacrosse, softball and women's tennis all competing at home.

Softball and women's tennis will be played multiple times over the weekend, while lacrosse plays once on Saturday at noon versus No. 1 Notre Dame at Thompson Field. Be sure to get there early at 10:30 a.m. to celebrate the senior class.

Softball, which is ranked No. 16 nationally, plays host to Boston College at Tech Softball Park. The Hokies will play on Friday at 6 p.m., on Saturday at 2 p.m. and on Sunday at noon. Check out all of the promotions for each game. Women's tennis will face No. 23 Florida State on Friday at 3 p.m. and No. 19 Miami (Fla.) on Sunday at 1 p.m. at the Burrows-Burleson Tennis Center. Find out what promotions are taking place at each match.

5. Postcards & Prizes
Be sure to grab a Hokie Hi Weekend at Home postcard on Friday or Saturday at any home event for your chance to win a prize. Check in at the promotions booth at each event you attend this weekend to earn a stamp toward your prize. After collecting five stamps, you can claim your prize of a Virginia Tech flag, koozie, or beanie at Hokie Village on Saturday or at any of the weekend's softball games at the promotions booths while supplies last. There will be one postcard given per person, and you must be present to receive a stamp and verify your postcard for a prize.

Additionally, fans can pick up a free HokieBird sticker at each sport that weekend, with each sport having a different HokieBird sticker, allowing fans to collect them all (four total)!
