Five Things to Know: NCAA Tournament in Blacksburg

Tournament Central Stay Connected

It's going to be yet another special weekend in Blacksburg, as the Virginia Tech women's basketball program hosts the first and second rounds of the NCAA Tournament at Carilion Clinic Court at Cassell Coliseum.

The atmosphere should be stellar, with all-session tickets being sold out for the second year in a row. Fourth-seeded Virginia Tech will face No. 5-seeded Baylor on Sunday at 8 p.m. ET on ESPN.

Get ready for gameday with five things to know ahead of the Hokies' clash with the Bears.

1. Your Phone Being Prepared is Crucial
Be sure to download your mobile ticket to your wallet before you arrive at the arena. This eliminates the variable of not having strong WiFi around the arena and not being able to download it. Click here for more information on downloading mobile tickets.

Fans can download their tickets through the HokieSports app. Fans can download the HokieSports app here.

Cassell Coliseum is a mobile-first and cashless venue when it comes to ticketing and concessions. Once inside, only a credit or debit card will be accepted at the concession stands for those wanting to purchase food and drink.

Have tickets but something came up and can't make the game? Mobile tickets can be easily transferred to peers or can also be listed with peace of mind on SeatGeek, the official secondary ticket marketplace of Virginia Tech Athletics.

2. Parking
Complimentary parking will be available for all games in lots 1 and 5. Parking will be first-come, first-served. Lots open at 5 p.m.

Check out the parking map around Cassell.

3. Team Walk
Be sure to get to the Merryman Athletic Center at 5:40 p.m. to welcome the team on its walk over to Cassell before its first-round matchup!
