"We're tremendously excited to have Sarah on campus and to be a part of Virginia Tech women's soccer," said head coach Chugger Adair. "We have been tracker her since she was a young high schooler from Richmond and she's been on our radar. We were disappointed that we didn't get her initially, but we're glad that she has transferred in and look forward to her making an impact on our team. She's a strong and fast forward who can score goals from the run of play, from set piece, has a good header of the ball, and were looking forward to adding her to our attacking lineup."

Why did you choose Tech? I chose Tech because of the high level computer science program, the soccer environment, and the location will allow my family and friends to come see me play.

What was your favorite thing about your visit? I really liked how welcoming everybody was and how the campus feels like its own town.

What do you like about the Tech women's soccer program? I like the drive that all of the players have and the competitiveness of the team.

What are your soccer strengths? My soccer strengths are my athleticism and my ability to create scoring opportunities.

Who is your favorite pro player (why)? My favorite soccer player is Kevin DeBruyner because his vision and creativity are amazing to watch.

What is your most memorable soccer moment (why)? Making it to the ECNL final four because it was the first time in club history a team has ever done that at Richmond United.

What do you think you will major in? Computer science because it will open up several doors for me. I want to do something with software and data analytics to predict and invest in stocks, this would give me the best foundation to do that.

What is one thing you would want Tech fans to know about you? I've lived in Virginia my whole life and I am excited to get to represent Tech on the soccer field.
