KNOXVILLE, Tenn. – The Virginia Tech divers competed in the Tennessee Diving Invitational, Jan. 3-5. They competed against Auburn, Florida, Georgia, LSU, NC State, South Carolina, SMU and Tennessee.
Grace Austin started 2024 on the podium in the 3-meter diving championship. Austin placed third with a score of 311.00.
In the women's team event, Austin, Miah Fisher and Peyton Guziec placed fourth overall, scoring 278.65.
Jacob Fisher placed fifth in the men's platform event with a 324.05. Fisher also made the men's 1-meter championship, finishing ninth overall with a score of 315.40.
