LOS ANGELES - The John R. Wooden Award presented by Principal announced the Women's Preseason Top 50 Watch List on ESPN's SportsCenter and on ESPN.com Tuesday afternoon.
Chosen by a preseason poll of national college basketball experts, the list is comprised of 50 student-athletes who are the early front-runners for the most prestigious honors in college basketball, the Wooden Award All American Team and Most Outstanding Player Award.
Virginia Tech is one of nine schools to feature two student-athletes on the initial list with center Elizabeth Kitley and point guard Georgia Amoore appearing in the topo 50 together.
For both Kitley and Amoore, the recognition is the latest in a long list of preseason honors.

With Amoore and Kitley each averaging greater than 21 points per game, the Hokies are one of five teams in Division 1 to feature two 20 point per game scorers who have each played two or more times.
