Hokie ClubBLACKSBURG – Virginia Tech lacrosse will start its fall ball campaign this weekend – kicking off a three-weekend slate of competition.
The Hokies travel to Annapolis, Md. on Oct. 14 to compete in the Navy Women's Lacrosse Fall Invitational at Rip Miller Field. Tech's day starts at 10 a.m. with a match against the Midshipmen before taking on ECU at 11 a.m. and wrapping the day up with Ohio State at 1 p.m.
On Oct. 21, Virginia Tech travels to Richmond for a play day hosted by the Spiders. In the Commonwealth's capital, the Hokies will face VCU and Richmond.
The Hokies will welcome Coastal Carolina on Oct. 22 at 10 a.m. to Blacksburg for a stand-alone scrimmage.
Tech's fall slate against outside competition wraps up on Oct. 28 at the Duke Fall Ball Invitational, where the Hokies will face Duke, Queens and William & Mary before breaking off into a playoff format in the afternoon.
