RALEIGH, N.C. – Highlighted by four birdies, Morgan Ketchum fired a 2-under 70 in Tuesday's second round of the Raleigh Regional to move into a tie for seventh at Lonnie Poole Golf Course (par 72, 6,324 yards).
Ketchum signed for her ninth round in red figures on the season. She has finished under-par in six of her last nine 18-hole rounds. The Winston-Salem, N.C., native is at 2-under 142 (72-70) through 36 holes. Her seven birdies through two rounds are tied for sixth-most in the field.

Playing alongside Ketchum for the first two rounds, teammate Becca DiNunzio is 57th at 13-over 157 (79-78).
Chattanooga's Dorota Zalewska, ranked 85th by Golfstat, sets the pace in the individual race at 9-under 135 (69-66). The top individual on a non-advancing team will punch a ticket to the national championship.
Regional host NC State continues to lead the team chase at 6-under 570 (282-288), two shots clear of Arizona State. The top five teams will advance to Arizona for the national championship.
Ketchum will be paired with Zalewska for Wednesday's final round. The duo will play with High Point's Sarah Kahn beginning at 8:55 a.m. ET off the first hole. DiNunzio will start on the 10th hole at 8:55 a.m. ET.
