On Thursday night, the NCAA Division I Women's Basketball Committee announced its first top-16 early reveal, giving fans a sneak peak into which programs are in the driver's seat for home court advantage leading up to March Madness.
It was no surprise to Hokie Nation to see Virginia Tech listed among those powerhouse programs as the Hokies came in at No. 13 overall. That means, if the NCAA Tournament started today, Tech would be a No. 4 seed and host first and second round games in Blacksburg. The last time the Hokies hosted March Madness games was back in 2004.

The Hokies have put together a special season thus far, owning a 19-4 overall record with eyes on an ACC regular season title. Tech has only three regular season home games remaining, including crucial matchups with top-25 foes Florida State, Duke and NC State.
Single game tickets are available starting at just $5.
