No. 12 Hokies head to Charlottesville for clash with Cavaliers

The 12th-ranked Virginia Tech women's basketball team travels to rival Virginia Sunday evening for the second meeting of the season.

Last time on the court, VT fell at No. 16 Duke 66-55. Taylor Soule led all scorers with 19 points in the game. Tech shot 43% from downtown, but allowed the Blue Devils to shoot 41.5% for the game and the hosts capitalized at the free throw line, going 18-21.

Virginia has lost three straight contests, including a 90-72 decision at Syracuse this past Thursday night.
