Tech set to conclude fall slate at Bonita Bay Classic

BLACKSBURG – The Virginia Tech men's tennis team will wrap up its fall season at the Bonita Bay Classic this weekend in Bonita Bay, Fla.

The event, which runs Friday through Sunday, will be a hidden dual format composed of student-athletes from FGCU, Memphis and Nebraska.

Each day of competition will be made up of singles and doubles flights. The Hokies will take the court at 11:30 a.m. on Friday against Memphis.

Tech aims to finish with another strong performance in a fall campaign that featured several marquee wins including Ryan Fishback's ITA Regional singles title and an appearance in the doubles quarterfinals at the ITA National Fall Championships alongside Alberto Orso.
