With Week 12 in the NFL officially in the books and a lot to look forward to with Week 13 on the horizon, there's a bunch to take a glance at regarding what former Virginia Tech football players are up to at the professional level. With plenty of maroon and orange scattered across the league, there continues to be opportunity after opportunity to see a multitude of Hokies perform on Sunday's in the fall.

Notable Week 12 Performances

CB Kendall Fuller
Washington standout cornerback Kendall Fuller nabbed the game-sealing interception in the Commanders' dramatic 19-13 victory over Atlanta on Sunday afternoon. 
 
The 2016 third-round draft pick additionally tallied two total tackles (1 solo) in the six-point triumph, making his presence felt in a Washington secondary that's come up big for the burgundy and gold down the stretch towards a potential playoff berth in a colluded NFC East. 
 
Up next for Fuller, Logan Thomas, Joey Slye and the remainder of the Commanders, a trip to MetLife Stadium to take on Tyrod Taylor and the New York Giants in a crucial matchup within the divisional ranks. Kickoff is set for 1 p.m. ET with the game being televised on FOX.

OT Duane Brown 
15-year veteran Duane Brown put together quite the performance on Sunday afternoon in the New York Jets' 31-10 win over the Chicago Bears inside MetLife Stadium. 
 
The first-year member of the Jets' offensive line posted an impressive 83.1 pass-blocking grade, according to Pro Football Focus, and has still not missed a snap on the offensive end since returning from an unspecified injury that kept him on the shelf for the first four games of the 2022 campaign. 
 
Brown and company look to keep the momentum going this upcoming weekend when the team hits the road for Minnesota to square off against fellow offensive lineman Christian Darrisaw and the division-leading Vikings inside U.S. Bank Stadium. Kickoff is set for 1 p.m. with the game set to air on CBS. 
 
S Terrell Edmunds
Fifth-year safety Terrell Edmunds recorded his first sack in just over a calendar year in the Steelers' exhilarating 24-17 win over Indianapolis in this past week's edition of Monday Night Football. 
 
The 2018 first-round pick also racked up six total tackles, with four coming on his own, in a potential season-altering victory out in the Hoosier State, notching his first tackle for loss since an October win over Tampa Bay in the process in the big-time win for the black and gold. 
 
Up next for Edmunds and his team is a date with the Falcons down in Atlanta for an interconference matchup inside Mercedes-Benz Stadium. Kickoff is set for 1 p.m. with the game being televised on CBS.

Buffalo at New England - 8:15 p.m. - Amazon Prime Video
Defensive tackle Tim Settle and the Buffalo Bills, who are missing Tremaine Edmunds due to injury, aim for their third consecutive win this upcoming Thursday when they travel to New England to face off against the Patriots in this week's edition of Thursday Night Football. 
 
Settle, a first-year member of the Bills' defensive front, totaled two total tackles in the team's Thanksgiving Day win over Detroit last Thursday afternoon, securing 1.5 tackles for loss to lead the way for a Buffalo team that's set itself up nicely for a third straight AFC East crown at the conclusion of the 2022 campaign.

Green Bay at Chicago - 1 p.m. - FOX
Offensive linemen Yosh Nijman, Luke Tenuta and the rest of the Green Bay Packers look to get back to their winning ways this upcoming Sunday when they head south to the Windy City to face off against a Chicago Bears team that'll be without Khalil "Juice" Herbert for the second consecutive week. 
 
Nijman, a former undrafted free agent pickup following the 2019 NFL Draft, played all 49 offensive snaps in last weekend's 40-33 setback to the Philadelphia Eagles on Sunday Night Football, mustering a solid 76.4 run-blocking grade that marked his best performance so far this season in 2022.
 
Meanwhile, Tenuta, a sixth-round pick in this April's NFL Draft, still aims to make his professional debut after being scooped up off waivers from Indianapolis just a few short weeks ago.


Jacksonville at Detroit - 1 p.m. - FOX
Rookie tight end James Mitchell and the Detroit Lions look to get back on track this upcoming weekend when they welcome the AFC's Jacksonville Jaguars into Ford Field for another interconference bout. 
 
A former captain during his time in maroon and orange, Mitchell secured a single catch for 22 yards in the Lions' Thanksgiving Day loss to the Buffalo Bills last Thursday afternoon, continuing to showcase his ability to play a big role in Detroit's offense as they keep making a surprising push for a possible playoff berth. 
 
Denver at Baltimore - 1 p.m. - CBS
Starting safety Chuck Clark and the Baltimore Ravens seek a return to the win column this upcoming Sunday when the Denver Broncos come to town for an important contest for the leaders in the AFC North. 
A sixth-year member of the purple and black, Clark garnered a boastful seven total tackles, with four solo stops, in Baltimore's narrow 28-27 loss to the Jacksonville Jaguars this past Sunday, adding on to another productive season roaming around as a staple in the Ravens' secondary. 
 
Cleveland at Houston - 1 p.m. - CBS
Offensive tackle Wyatt Teller and the Cleveland Browns eye their second consecutive victory this upcoming weekend when they travel down to Houston to take on the Texans inside NRG Stadium. 
 
Teller, a two-time All-Pro during his time in Cleveland, didn't miss a single offensive snap in the Browns' 23-17 upset of the Tampa Bay Buccaneers on Sunday afternoon, finishing the day with a 70.3 pass-blocking grade to help contribute to one of the highlight victories of the Browns' 2022 slate.
 
Indianapolis at Dallas - 8:20 p.m. - NBC
Cornerback Brandon Facyson and the Indianapolis Colts set to embark on a huge matchup this upcoming Sunday when they hit the road for the AT&T Stadium to take on the dangerous Dallas Cowboys in this week's edition of NBC's Sunday Night Football. 
 
Facyson, one of the newer editions to the Colts' secondary, achieved two total tackles in Indianapolis' heartbreaking Monday night loss to the Pittsburgh Steelers just a few days ago, putting on full display why he can keep serving as a nice depth piece at the cornerback position for a team seeking to make a late playoff push in a gettable AFC South.
