How it Happened

Florida State was determine to put themselves in a good spot to end the season making it a 4-1 game in the final minute with a penalty-kick goal by Clara Robbins.

"We worked hard tonight and stuck to the game plan," said head coach Chugger Adair. "We tried to get back into the game late but unfortunately ran out of steam. When you play against top 10 teams you cannot afford to make some of the mistakes that we made and still try to win games. The women worked hard tonight and I am proud of their effort"
