Hokie ClubGREENSBORO, N.C. – Freshman Jacob Fisher earns ACC Co-Diver of the Week for the first time in his career, the conference announced Tuesday afternoon.
After his exceptional performance on the boards this past weekend, Fisher made two first place wins against Duke on Oct. 22. He finished the 1-meter with a final score of 360.98 and the 3-meter with a score of 421.73.
During the Hokies first home meet against George Washington, Fisher placed second in the 1-meter diving event earning him a score of 382.15. He also placed second in the 3-meter event, finishing with a score of 330.05.
Fisher will get back on the boards this upcoming weekend against Ohio State on Oct. 28 & 29.
