Virginia Tech Football will be back in primetime as ACC Network visits Blacksburg for its ACC Football Road Trip show Friday, Aug. 5.
The one-hour broadcast will air at 7 p.m. ET that evening and re-air on the network throughout the remainder of August leading up to the Hokies' season opener at Old Dominion on Friday, Sept. 2.
New head coach Brent Pry and quarterback Grant Wells will stop by the ACC Network's set while linebacker Dax Hollified will be mic'd up for a portion of that day's practice. Wide receiver Kaleb Smith, offensive linemen Silas Dzansi and Johnny Jordan, tight end Nick Gallo and quarterback/athlete Connor Blumrick will also be featured throughout the show.
Former Tech standout Eddie Royal traveled to Blacksburg with the rest of the ACCN crew and spent some time talking to the team after practice on Thursday.
