HOKIES
Tech had a midweek match against No. 6 Virginia on Wednesday, falling 4-0 to its in-state rivals. Despite the losing result, the Hokies were encouraged to see No. 19 Jordan Chrysostom and Ryan Fishback return to action together in doubles, as they picked up a convincing 6-1 win over the No. 44-ranked duo from Virginia. Along with his doubles success, Fishback sits at No. 110 in the latest ITA singles rankings.

Friday's match could have implications in the seeding of the upcoming ACC Men's Tennis Championship. Boston College currently sits at the bottom of the table, but a result in either direction could see Tech change its position ahead of next week's postseason competition.

EAGLES
Boston College has struggled in ACC play this season, sitting winless in league play with only two matches remaining on its schedule. However, in the Eagles last outing, they picked up a 7-0 result over Assumption University. The duo of JJ Bianchi and Max Motlagh is ranked No. 90 in the latest ITA doubles rankings.
