Q: Why do you give to Virginia Tech Athletics?

TA: It's something I love to do and I feel that it is important to help Virginia Tech continue its success. In 2016, I became a season ticket holder and a Hokie Club member. I have so many great memories with my family coming to games, including proposing to my wife on the football field after a spring game. I love the idea of Ut Prosim and I want to do whatever I can to help Virginia Tech including giving back philanthropically.

Q: What's your favorite Hokies sports memory?

TA: I have a few! The six overtime win over UNC in 2019 is up there. I also have to say beating Carolina at the beginning of the 2021 season with everyone back in Lane after a year away. I can't forget the Nebraska game in 2009 either. It's hard to choose just one!

Q: What would you say to people who are interested in becoming a Hokie Club member?

TA: We expect coaches, support staff, and administrators to do their part. From a financial standpoint, as fans and as alumni, we have to do our part as well. If we want success and want a top tier athletic department, it takes each and every one of us to get there. No matter the donor level, we need everyone to chip in in order for Hokies athletics to be successful.
