GREENSBORO, N.C. — The bracket for the 2022 New York Life ACC Men's Basketball Tournament was announced Saturday night by the league office upon conclusion of regular-season action. Virginia Tech will be the No. 7 seed and begin its tournament run Wednesday at 7 p.m. in the second round.
The tournament runs Tuesday, March 8 through Saturday, March 12 at Barclays Center in Brooklyn, New York. Tech's second-round game vs. the winner of Clemson/NC State will be televised on ESPN2 or ESPNU.
If the Hokies advance to Thursday's quarterfinals, they will meet No. 2 seed Notre Dame at 7 p.m. on ESPN or ESPN2.
Clemson, the No. 10 seed, and NC State, the No. 15 seed, will clash in Tuesday's first round at 4:30 p.m. on ACC Network.
Tech split the season series with the Wolfpack and went 0-1 against Clemson during the regular season. In ACC Tournament play, the Hokies are 0-2 against NC State and 0-1 against Clemson.
All 14 tournament games will be nationally televised on ESPN, ESPN2, ESPNU or ACC Network. In addition, all games will be available for streaming via ACCNX.
