BLACKSBURG -- The Virginia Tech lacrosse team (2-1) will play their second consecutive home game of the season on Wednesday, February 23 at 3 p.m. against in-state foe Liberty.
Tech has recorded back-to-back victories after defeating No. 13 JMU on the road last week in addition to earning a 17-9 victory in the home opener over VCU.
Saturday at Thompson Field, junior attacker Paige Tyson lead VT with four goals, while freshman Olivia Vergano scored a hat trick of her own, the first of her collegiate career.
