BLACKSBURG – The No. 25 Virginia Tech men's soccer team will host UMass in a match on Saturday at 5 p.m. at Thompson Field.

The Hokies (6-6-2, 5-5-2) are coming off back-to-back conference road wins against then-No. 15 North Carolina (7-4-3, 7-2-3) and Notre Dame (8-9, 4-7). After finally getting its full-strength squad together following a rocky start to a peculiar spring slate, Tech has found a stride similar to the form of the fall campaign, in which the Hokies finished No. 4 in the United Soccer Coaches rankings.
UMass (7-1-2, 3-1-2 A10) is coming off a 2-1 victory over La Salle (5-5-1, 2-3-1). The Minutemen are ranked No. 15 in NCAA Men's Soccer RPI.
