BLACKSBURG – Virginia Tech women's tennis head coach Terry Ann Zawacki announced the team's spring schedule on Thursday.
The Hokies will open their regular season at home against ETSU at 10 a.m. on Saturday, Jan. 22.
Tech's first road trip will be to Cincinnati, Ohio to face Xavier and Michigan State on Feb. 4 and 5 before returning home to face Charlotte and Marshall the following weekend. Three more road contests will await Virginia Tech – ODU, Norfolk State and Furman – then the Hokies will face New River Valley foes Radford at home on Feb. 23.
Conference competition kicks off on Feb. 25 against Syracuse at the Burrows-Burleson Tennis Center with Boston College coming in on Feb. 27. Throughout the spring, Miami, Florida State, Virginia, NC State and Wake Forest will make the trip to Blacksburg.
Virginia Tech's road matches in ACC play consist of North Carolina, Duke, Notre Dame, Louisville, Georgia Tech and Clemson.
ACC Championship play is set to begin on April 20 in Rome, Ga.
