I'll Take That

The last time Tech had six games in a row with a pick was from Clemson, 2016 – Old Dominion, 2017.
Heem with the Speed
Raheem Blackshear's 78-yard kickoff return in the second quarter was the 16th-longest return in Tech history since 1987 and the longest return since Khalil Herbert's 83 yarder against Duke in 2020.

Starting quarterback Braxton Burmeister had a career day against the Mountaineers. If you include his games at Oregon, he set career marks in passing attempts (31), passing completions (19), passing yards (223), passing TDs (2) and rushing long (25).
