Hokie ClubBLACKSBURG – Graduate transfer Jake Spotswood has signed with the Hokies, adding top results and experience to an already strong multi events squad.
"We are beyond excited to welcome Jake into the Hokie Nation," Assistant Coach Paul Zalewski said. "He brings immediate national level experience and is going to really propel not only the combined events group, but the entire program forward right away. I cannot wait!"
Spotswood holds the school record in the heptathlon at Alabama, which he set at the 2021 SEC Indoor Track and Field Championships earlier this year.
With such a versatile skill set and strong performances across multiple events, Spotswood will be more than welcome to the Virginia Tech track and field team.
