Torrin Lawrence Memorial – Athens, Ga. – Jumps & Multis
Set to begin on Friday, April 30, Assistant Coach Paul Zalewski will lead members of the jumps and multi event groups down to Georgia to compete in the two-day meet.

Senior Eszter Bajnok is scheduled to compete in the long jump and the triple jump this weekend after her competition last weekend in Charlotte, N.C. was rained out. Additionally, six Hokies across the men's and women's teams will take on the high jump competition against strong regional talent.

Tennessee Challenge – Knoxville, Tenn. – Sprints & Pole Vault
Fourteen members of the sprints squad make the trek to Knoxville for the meet on May 1, including freshmen standouts Cameron Rose and Makhia Jarrett.

Having won the VaSID Field Athlete of the Year award earlier today, Rachel Baxter will look to secure a second win in as many appearances outdoors this season.

Virginia Grand Prix – Charlottesville, Va. – Distance & Throws
With a full slate of events for both event groups, the one-day meet to open up the month of May is set to be a good one for the Hokies. Eleven members of the distance crew will take on the 800m, led by Sarah Edwards and Diego Zarate.

A full contingent of Tech throwers returns to Charlottesville for the second time this season, with school record holders Tyson Jones and Essence Henderson set for double duty in the discus and the shot put.
