BLACKSBURG — Virginia Tech aims to remain unbeaten in spring competition when it travels to Liberty for Thursday's nonconference women's soccer game at Osborne Stadium in Lynchburg, Va. Kickoff is scheduled for 6 p.m. and ESPN+ will carry the contest.
SCOUTING LIBERTY
• Liberty enters Thursday's matchup with a 3-4-5 overall record.
• Sunday afternoon, the Flames battled Bellarmine to a 2-2 draw. It was Liberty's fifth overtime match of the season.
• To pull out the draw, the Flames had to come from behind twice - the final equalizer was delivered by freshman Shevaun Judon in the 89th minute. It was her first collegiate goal.
• Meredith King has taken a team-high 19 shots, while Kasey Jamieson is the team leader in goals scored (three).
• This will be the Hokies' fifth trip to Lynchburg to face Liberty in series history. Tech owns a 3-1-0 record on the road against the Flames. Thursday will be the first road game in the series for the Hokies since 2003.
GRAY'S BRACE HEADLINES TECH'S 3-0 VICTORY OVER WILLIAM & MARY
• Junior Emily Gray found the scoring column in each half to guide Tech to its second straight win this spring.
• Freshman Alia Skinner notched the third shutout of her freshman season. She faced 15 shots and recorded six saves.

• The Hokies' regular-season finale is set for Saturday, April 17 against Auburn at a site to be determined. Originally, the two sides were set to meet in Bradenton, Fla., however, due to fan restrictions, both decided to relocate the match. Details of the game will be finalized soon.
