The Hokies (3-2) return to the court after a week off following a 7-0 victory against Davidson. In his first appearance on the singles side last week, graduate student Mitch Harper (No. 38) picked up a win in straight sets on Court 1. Freshman Hugo Maia continues to impress, as well, standing undefeated after five matches.
The Eagles (0-1) opened their season on Friday against No. 4 Virginia, losing 7-0. In the last matchup between the squads, Tech downed Boston College, 7-0, at the Burrow-Burleson Tennis Center in 2019.
