Baseball announces fall golf event

BLACKSBURG - The Virginia Tech baseball staff has announced a golfing event for this upcoming fall which will be a great opportunity for alumni, friends and family of the program to come together to enjoy an afternoon of golf and an evening with a cookout. The event is set for Friday, Sept. 4 and will be held at the Pete Dye River Course, the home of the Hokies golf programs, and is a day before the football team's home opener against Liberty.

A shotgun start time is set for 1 p.m., while registration opens at Noon, and there will be a post round cookout starting at 6 p.m. CLICK HERE for more information or to register for the event. The link also includes directions to the course.

There are also sponsorship opportunities available - holes, driving range, putting green or course challenges, etc. Those can also be viewed and purchased on the registration website.
