The COVID-19 pandemic has created a lot of uncertainty in the world of college athletics, but several groups within Virginia Tech Athletics continue to work for the betterment of student-athletes, and this issue includes a spotlight on those groups. Also, the issue includes a spotlight on Tech offensive lineman Brock Hoffman, who is anxious to get his career in Blacksburg started, and a look at a group of seniors who are having to juggle their plans because of an NCAA decision that granted them an additional year of eligibility.
In addition, this fifth issue looks at how a few international student-athletes are dealing with the unknown as they remain in town – and away from their families. Plus, this issue includes columns from Jimmy Robertson and Jon Laaser, and more.
All that and more can be read in the May version of Inside Hokie Sports, so please enjoy the issue.
